The hotel is in a prime location, just a short stroll from Grand Central Station and with a stunning view of the UN building and East River. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfy, and the European style bathtub was a nice touch. The friendly staff at the restaurant were always on hand to assist, and the security measures made us feel safe. Plus, the gym offered amazing views and the bellman, "Eddie," went above and beyond by providing us with an umbrella when rain was in the forecast.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

Had the best experience in the Presidential Suite, with stunning views of NYC. The staff were accommodating and the location was perfect. The huge master bathroom and living area made it a perfect stay. Despite some drawbacks, overall I'd recommend this hotel.

the hilton was super clean, and the location in the east side was so convenient. it's only a 10-minute walk from grand central station - making it easy to explore the city. also, the gym had lots of machines and weights - perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling.

Our stay at this hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities such as air con and a safe. The staff, including the adorable sniffer dogs, were friendly and attentive, addressing all of our requests promptly. The bathroom was modern and had great mirrors and lighting. We also enjoyed the large flat-screen TV in the room. The hotel had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere that we loved.
The hygiene issues we encountered in our first rooms. We were disappointed that a well-known hotel like this would overlook such important sanitization measures.

we had a great view of roosevelt island. the restaurant served a lovely breakfast. nice toiletries. a decent size room for the city centre. helpful friendly staff. bell staff & housekeepers always greet me and smile. sheets are exceptional! great location with easy walk to grand central station, and 2 blocks from crosstown m-42 bus.
